        Go to "My Bookings" in the app, find your active booking, and tap "Cancel Booking". Cancellations within 5 minutes of pickup are free.
     
    
        How do I pay for my ride?
        Payment is processed automatically through the app using your saved payment method. You'll receive a receipt via email after your trip.
     
    
        What if my driver doesn't show up?
        Contact support immediately. We'll help you find an alternative ride and may provide a refund or credit for the inconvenience.
     
    
        How do I report a safety concern?
        Use the "Report Issue" feature in the app or contact safety@waymate.app immediately. For emergencies, call 911 first.
     
    
        How do I become a driver?
        Download the WayMate Driver app and follow the registration process. You'll need a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and insurance.
     
    
        What if I left something in the vehicle?
        Contact support immediately with your trip details. We'll help you connect with the driver to arrange item retrieval.
     
    
        How do I update my payment method?
        Go to "More" → "Payment Methods" in the app to add, edit, or remove payment methods.
